To avoid any confusion we have made our terms and conditions simple to read and follow:
After you have paid us, we will pass the full amount onto your driving instructor, once the initial lesson is completed. If you would like to request a refund, we ask that you talk to your instructor first. If you are unsatisfied with this, we suggest you pay your instructor on a lesson by lesson basis.
- Your fully trained instructor will provide your lessons in a dual controlled car which is clean and safe for the roads.
- All instructors will professionally represent themselves.
- All instructors will have a smart appearance.
- Our driving instructors operate a non-smoking policy.
Your instructor is within their rights to withdraw their car for test usage if they feel you’re not ready. If this happens, your instructor will give you at least 5 working days notice.
If you fail a mock driving test, you are still permitted to go for your driving test providing that your instructor thinks you have a fair chance of passing.
In the unlikely event that your instructor falls ill, we will aim to find you another instructor; we are unable to guarantee this.
In the event that the instructor’s car is not roadworthy for your driving test, your instructor will do their utmost to find you a similar vehicle, we cannot guarantee the vehicle will be exactly the same.
If the examiner has refused to go out in your instructor’s car because it’s considered not roadworthy, your driving instructor will pay for a second test and may offer up to 2 hours of lessons free of charge before your next test.
Please make payments to your allocated instructor
We are not responsible for any funds paid to the franchised instructor; the contract is between the pupil and the franchised instructor. If you are unhappy or need help resolving a problem, you can contact the office, and we’ll do our best to try and resolve the situation.
Introductory offers are only available to new students, you are only permitted to take advantage of one of these offers. Offers can also not be used with any other offers.

You are required to show a valid UK provisional driving license before your first driving lesson. If you fail to do this, your instructor is allowed to cancel any lessons booked within a 24 hour period, you may still be charged.
We are not responsible for any lesson/test cancellations due to breakdown or illness/bereavement. We’ll try to find another vehicle or instructor, we are unable to guarantee this.
